Founded in 1987, Hebei Hehuang Paper Machine Clothing Co., Ltd. built its 133,000 ㎡ factory in Anping County, Hebei province, the famous home of fabrics. Hehuang is a first-class manufacturer specializing in paper machine clothing. We provide world-class forming and dryer fabrics that are produced in a factory which meets the strictest international criterion of controlled temperature as well as humidity and dust-free condition. We also use the latest advanced machines from Germany and Austria to guarantee stable production of high-quality paper machine clothing.

Among our 208 staff crew, 175 of them have 15+ years of experience, 75 of them have received vocational school training and above, and 13 of them have been in paper machine clothing industry for over 10 years. We also have long-term cooperation with 3 experts who have been working in international PMC companies for more than two decades. Each of them leads a team of 42 highly skilled personnel to provide technical support for both our own production and customers’ application. Regular in-depth trainings are also carried out for better performance in R&D, manufacturing, application, on-site service and sales.

All our materials are purchased from the German supplier, PERLON. Hehuang is capable of producing over 800,000 ㎡ of fabrics annually, for any paper types and any paper making machinery. Our Products have been seen on high speed gap former paper machine, high speed hybrid former paper machine, multi-fourdrinier board machine, fourdrinier paper machine and tissue paper machine, etc.

Hehuang has a professional laboratory for product quality control and R&D, equipped with 17 testing machines including air permeability tester, weave structure analyzer, tension tester, shrinkage tester, abrasive tester and breaking factor strength tester, etc. With 35+ years of experience in fabric making combined with various customer feedbacks, we are confident to provide optimum products for your operation efficiency!
