- 1.5-layer dryer fabric (round yarn), 2-layer dryer fabric (round yarn), single warp dryer fabric (flat yarn) and double warp dryer fabric (flat yarn).
- We have different options suitable for your dryer section, positions, paper grades, paper grammage and machine speed.
- When paper making conditions require superior resistance to hydrolysis, 1.5-layer dryer fabric (round yarn) and 2-layer dryer fabric (round yarn) comprised of hydrolysis resistant material are what you need. Between them, 1.5-layer design (round yarn) adopts low air carrying weave structure, enabling good performance in heat transfer efficiency, easy cleanliness, seam strength, dimensional stability and durability. 2-layer design (round yarn) takes seamless structure, providing significant advantage in minimizing seam marking as well as efficient drying, stability and long life potential.

- Single Warp Dryer Fabric (Flat Yarn)In addition to the high resistance against wear, the flat monofilament also offers smooth and wide contact area and thus high thermal transfer efficiency. The flat machine direction yarn (warp) construction allows excellent on-the-machine cleaning.
