Forming Fabrics

For tissue production, we recommend SSB triple-layer forming fabrics (warp ratio 1:1) with options for shed amount (5-shed with 2:1 weft ratio, and 4-shed with 2:1/5:2 weft ratio available).

    2. Sanitary PaperSSB triple-layer forming fabric (5-shed/4-shed) is especially recommended for sanitary paper manufacturing. The 4-shed (or 5-shed type) structure used in the sheet-side allows sufficient drainage capacity, high bulk and long life potential. In addition, this design delivers excellent sheet release and good seaming for large-scale production and contamination prevention, thus making it a perfect choice for stable high speed production.
